AHS, a prestigious real estate company, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cost Control Manager to join our team. As the Cost Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of our real estate projects, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to budgets. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, cost management expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures for real estate projects Monitor project budgets and track actual versus planned costs Analyze project expenses and identify areas for cost reduction and optimization Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to budgets Prepare and present cost reports and financial analysis to senior management Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts and prices Implement financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Stay updated on industry trends and changes in cost management practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architect Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Cost Control Manager or similar role in the real estate industry Strong knowledge of cost management principles and practices Proficiency in financial software and Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements Experience in real estate cost control and project accounting
