About the Role: We are seeking a junior to mid-level Project Manager to lead the implementation of warehouse automation projects across the UAE. This is a hands-on role, responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery — from pre-sales support and proposal planning to coordinating overseas suppliers and overseeing on-site hardware and software installations. Key Responsibilities: - Support sales proposals by mapping out client needs and defining project scopes. - Develop detailed implementation plans in coordination with clients and suppliers. - Manage supplier communications, including product customization, timelines, and delivery. - Oversee on-site project delivery, including: i - Installation of hardware (e.g., ASRS systems, cobots, conveyors, autonomous forklifts). ii - Setup and deployment of software and system integrations. - Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to specification. - Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal Candidate: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Automation, or a related field. - 2–4 years of project management or implementation experience, preferably in logistics, industrial automation, or a related technical field. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Knowledge of warehouse automation systems (ASRS, cobots, conveyors, etc.) is highly desirable.
