We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager / Client Representative with a background in engineering to oversee and manage development projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing building projects of G+10 or higher, excellent communication skills, and the ability to monitor and manage projects on-site from initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee development projects from initiation to completion, specifically for buildings with a G+10 structure or higher. • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the project team. • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineering consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery. • Monitor and manage the project on-site once initiated, ensuring all activities align with project timelines and standards. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards. • Prepare regular status reports for clients and senior management. Requirements: • Proven experience in project management, specifically for buildings with a G+10 structure or higher. • Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field). • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineering consultants, and contractors.
