Description

1. Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. 2. Coordinate with stakeholders (clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams) to define project objectives and deliverables. 3. Support in resource allocation and materials planning. 4. Review technical drawings, designs, and specifications. 5. Ensure that engineering solutions align with project requirements and standards. 6. Provide on-site and off-site technical guidance to project teams. 7. Monitor day-to-day project activities to ensure progress is on schedule and within budget. 8. Supervise construction or manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards. 9. Identify and resolve technical issues or deviations from plans. 10. Conduct site inspections and quality checks. 11. Ensure that all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. 12. Maintain documentation for quality assurance and project records. 13. Monitor project costs and help control expenditures. 14. Assist in preparing financial reports and progress claims. 15. Evaluate variations or change orders and assess their cost and schedule impact. 16. Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies. 17. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulatory requirements. 18. Participate in safety audits and toolbox meetings. 19. Prepare regular project status reports, progress updates, and meeting minutes. 20. Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence. 21. Ensure proper handover documentation upon project completion. 22. Serve as a point of contact for client communications and coordination. 23. Provide updates and respond to technical queries or concerns. 24. Support client meetings and presentations as required. 25. Oversee system commissioning and testing. 26. Ensure that punch lists are completed and deficiencies rectified. 27. Participate in project handover to clients or operations teams.
