Responsibilities: Design and implement TAMM software solutions to enhance system functionality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and define technical requirements Conduct system integration tests and ensure software meets quality standards Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and reliability Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members Engage in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge within the team Stay current on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to TAMM Support troubleshooting efforts and system maintenance as required Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field At least 6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on TAMM solutions Proficiency in relevant programming languages (Java, .NET, Python) Strong knowledge of middleware technologies and application integration Experience with cloud technologies and platforms Familiarity with software development methodologies, especially Agile Understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL) Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to mentor and support a team of developers Dedication to continuous learning and improvement Benefits Paid Time Off Performance Bonus Training & Development

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Car Washer/Detailer to join our team. As a Car Washer/Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to our high standards, helping our customers leave with a positive experience. Key Responsibilities: Wash and clean the interior and exterior of vehicles, including windows, tires, and rims. Dry vehicles after washing and ensure a streak-free finish. Apply wax, tire cleaner, and other detailing products to vehicles as needed. Vacuum and wipe down interior surfaces such as seats, carpets, and dashboards. Ensure the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with additional tasks as needed, including the minor detailing of vehicles. Follow all safety procedures and protocols. Qualifications: Prior experience in car washing or detailing is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Implementing and configuring SharePoint features, workflows, and document libraries. Developing custom SharePoint applications and components as needed. Providing user training and support to ensure successful adoption of SharePoint solutions. Maintaining and optimizing existing SharePoint implementations to improve performance and usability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SharePoint with other business applications. Staying updated on the latest SharePoint features, tools, and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 7+ years of experience working with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server. Strong understanding of SharePoint functionalities, features, and design capabilities. Experience in creating and managing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows. Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end customization. Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
