WE’RE HIRING: Chef-Cum-Manager – Cafeteria in Abu Dhabi
We’re looking for a skilled and responsible Chef-Cum-Manager to lead operations at our cafeteria in Abu Dhabi.
We serve karak tea, burgers, sandwiches, and juices, and we’re expanding our menu to include coffee, pasta, and appetizers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and supervise kitchen operations: burgers, pasta, sandwiches, tea, coffee, juices
• Create and test new menu items (especially coffee, pasta, and appetizers)
• Manage daily operations, staff schedules, and training
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
• Handle stock control, purchasing, and supplier coordination
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality food safety standards
• Manage delivery orders through platforms like Talabat and Careem
• Maintain daily sales reports and POS operations

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience as a chef in fast food/street food-style cafés or cafeterias
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to cook and train kitchen staff
• Knowledge of UAE food safety and hygiene regulations
• Multi-skilled in hot beverages, fast food, and quick service cooking
• Arabic/English speaking is a plus
• UAE experience preferred
• Available to join immediately or soon
