Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress staff to join our hospitality team. The role requires providing excellent service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: Greet and escort guests to their tables. Present menu, answer questions, and make recommendations. Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly. Ensure tables are clean, set up, and properly maintained. Handle customer concerns politely and professionally. Process payments and maintain accurate billing records. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Requirements: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
