The ideal candidate will assist clients with travel arrangements, provide expert advice, and ensure smooth booking processes Responsibilities: Assist clients with flight, hotel, visa, and travel package bookings Provide excellent customer service and travel recommendations Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations Process reservations, issue tickets, and manage travel documents Stay updated on airline policies, visa regulations, and travel trends Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote travel services Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel agency or related field in DUBAI Proficiency in MS Word & Excel Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
