• Manage the daily operation of the store to ensure that the operating standards and product quality are consistent with Cotti Coffee. • Ensure that food safety and hygiene standards comply with local regulations. • Check and order raw materials regularly every week to ensure sufficient inventory to avoid out-of-stock, overstock and expired raw materials. • Manage inventory to match the sales of each store and control the loss of raw materials • Recruit, train, motivate and manage employees to ensure that the team works efficiently. • Develop employee shift schedules to ensure that there are enough people to support operations at all times. • Manage and maintain store equipment coffee machines, ice machines, refrigerators, etc. to ensure the normal operation of equipment.  *Requirements* - with PIC Certificate  - Working experience in franchise coffee shop - English fluent, Arabic speaking preferred  - No health issue/critical illness
