Description

Requirements: 1. Atleast 3 years experience (in UAE) in managing specialty coffee shops, premium pizza stores, and other high casual eateries 2. Must be able to perfectly manage employees including their work shifts, attendance, cleanliness, disputes, and vacation planning 3. Must have experience in upskilling and training waiters/employees to meet best standards and quality assurance 4. Must have operational experience in using a PoS system, handling inventory, preparing accounts, and ensuring proper customer service 5. Must be kind, humble, ready-to-serve customers, and welcoming of guests and employees 6. Should not have any past experiences of illicit practices with senior management, fellow employees, or customers 7. Must be able to communicate in English 8. Willing to work in Dubai 9. Able to manage more than one branch 10. Define key roles and indicators in ensuring customer service is smooth, respectful, and welcoming Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED 9,000 and above per month
