We're Hiring: Lebanese Floor Manager – Join Our Restaurant Team We are a well-known Lebanese restaurant located in Dubai, and we are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Floor Manager to join our team immediately. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows Lebanese hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and wants to be part of a growing, energetic restaurant environment. Job Title: Lebanese Floor Manager Location: Dubai, UAE ️ Nationality Required: Lebanese Availability: Must be able to join immediately Candidate must already be in the UAE ✅ Job Responsibilities: - Manage daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. - Supervise, train, and support the service staff to deliver excellent guest experiences. - Greet and interact with guests, ensuring they feel welcome and well taken care of. - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. - Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure overall coordination and flow of operations. - Ensure the restaurant is always clean, organized, and ready for service. Requirements: - Previous experience as a Floor Manager or Supervisor in a Lebanese or Middle Eastern restaurant. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. - Must be currently residing in the UAE. - Knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and hospitality traditions is a big plus. - Ready to start immediately.
