We are looking for a Junior Barista to support the Head Barista and operate a specialty coffee shop in Dubai: Requirements: 1. Atleast 3 years experience in preparing specialty coffee, matcha, and other beverages 2. Must be able to perfectly make filter-based coffee, milk-based coffee, and matcha both iced and hot 3. Must have experience in upskilling new baristas and waiters 4. Must have operational experience in using a PoS system, handling inventory, preparing accounts, and ensuring proper customer service 5. Must be kind, humble, ready-to-serve customers, and welcoming of guests 6. Should not have any past experiences of illicit practices with senior management, fellow employees, or customers 7. Must be able to communicate in English 8. Willing to work in Dubai Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
