Job Responsibilities Ensuring safety and security of the passengers at the Maktoum airport and making sure that the passengers have a comfortable travel. Welcoming the passengers at the arrival gates and assisting the concerned passengers onboard. Providing relevant information to the passengers and directing them to the correct terminals. Checking in the baggage from passengers at the private terminals, tagging them correctly as per the passenger's destiny and processing luggage and other baggage items. Helping passengers confirm flight and meal reservations. Ensuring excellent airport lounge services for passengers. Stocking meals, water and refreshments in the aircraft before each departure. Assisting passengers whose flights are delayed or cancelled or re-routing passengers as necessary. Handling the loading and unloading of the passengers' luggage from the aircraft and sending it to the baggage conveyors and counters. Basic Requirements MS Office knowledge. Customer service oriented. Professional and casual image. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Problem solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations. Must Haves Must be able to read, write and speak English. Any other languages are a bonus. We expect our staff to handle the team professionally.
