Job Title: Waitresses Location: Fika Time Restaurant & Cafe Damac Hills, Dubai Job Type: Full-time (Immediate Joiner) Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Waitress to join the team at Fika Time. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to customers, ensure orders are accurate and timely, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections. • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately. • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner. • Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set up at all times. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude. • Process payments accurately and issue receipts. • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. • Assist in opening and closing duties as required. Qualifications & Skills: • Female • Minimum 2 years experience in a casual dining restaurant is a MUST (don’t apply if you don’t have as mentioned) • Previous experience as a Waitress/Server in a café or restaurant preferred. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Positive attitude and team player. • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Education: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
