Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our installation operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the installation team and customers, ensuring timely account activations, generating installation certificates, maintaining accurate installation and certificate records, and producing regular operational reports. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily with the installation team to ensure job schedules and completion timelines are met. Communicate with customers for installation planning, account activations, and service updates. Activate customer accounts in the platform after installation is completed. Generate and issue installation certificates for completed projects. Maintain and update installation records in a systematic and trackable manner. Compile and generate installation and operational reports for internal use and management review. Follow up on pending activations, documentation, or customer feedback as required. Work closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure smooth post-sales service delivery. Candidate Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Urdu. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Any educational background; prior experience in operations or coordination roles is an added advantage. Must be available for immediate joining. Preferred Qualities: Attention to detail with a methodical approach to record-keeping. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle queries and service requests professionally. Capable of managing schedules and timelines under minimal supervision.
