Job Title: *Senior Human Resources cum Executive Assistant* Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Hospitality Employment Type: Full-time *Job Summary:* We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Human Resources cum Executive Assistant to join our team within the dynamic and fast-paced hospitality industry in Dubai. This dual-role position will oversee HR functions for a diverse team, while providing top-level executive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-level tasks with discretion and professionalism. *Key Responsibilities:* Human Resources: Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts for various departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talent in line with the company’s goals and culture. Oversee a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for all employee-related matters, offering guidance and support on HR policies, conflict resolution, and employee engagement. Training & Development: Design and implement training programs for all levels, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards. Support leadership development and succession planning. Performance Management: Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring regular feedback sessions and goal setting across departments. HR Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and hospitality-specific regulations. Ensure company HR practices comply with local laws and international standards. Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, allowances, and bonuses. Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, accommodation, and other incentives. Employee Welfare & Engagement: Implement programs to enhance employee well-being, satisfaction, and retention. Organize team-building activities and internal events to promote a positive workplace culture. *Executive Assistant:* Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, General Manager, or other senior leaders within the hospitality organization. Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and leadership team members, ensuring smooth and efficient travel logistics. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals for leadership. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of important meetings and correspondence. Meeting Coordination: Organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Ensure executives are prepared with necessary materials. Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive company and employee-related information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Project Management: Assist in managing and tracking special projects and initiatives on behalf of the leadership team, ensuring deadlines and goals are met. *Qualifications and Requirements:* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR and executive support roles, with a strong preference for experience in the hospitality sector or similar fast-paced, service-oriented industries. Expertise in HR Practices: Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws, recruitment best practices, and performance management in the hospitality industry. Executive-Level Support: Proven experience in providing executive support at the senior leadership level, particularly in managing high-stakes meetings, travel, and communication. *Skills:* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in English, Arabic is a plus). Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with exceptional problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive matters. *Preferred Attributes:* Experience working in a luxury or high-end hospitality brand. Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high-energy environment. Strong leadership and team management skills.
