Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and DMCC regulations across all HR processes. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, amendments, and exit procedures. Handle visa processing, renewals, and coordination with DMCC portal and government authorities. Administer and monitor annual leave, sick leave, and other statutory leaves, ensuring proper records and policy adherence. Accurately calculate and process end-of-service gratuity and benefits in line with UAE Labor Law. Oversee payroll processing and ensure WPS compliance. Address employee queries on HR policies, leave entitlements, and benefits. Maintain and update HRMS and employee records for compliance and audits. Assist in recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding. Prepare periodic HR reports (leave utilization, attrition, compliance).
