We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our factory office. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with different departments, and maintain effective communication within the team. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative operations of the office Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain filing systems and company records (physical and digital) Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management Assist HR with onboarding and employee documentation Track office supplies and place orders as needed Prepare basic reports, memos, and internal communications Support other departments with documentation and clerical tasks Ensure office compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
