Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the office runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and contact lists Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Order office supplies and maintain inventory Coordinate office procedures and support team projects Provide general support to visitors and staff Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Discretion with confidential information Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
