Job Requirements: - Organize and maintain files, records, and documents both digitally and physically. - Support daily office functions and ensure smooth communication across teams. - Handle basic administrative tasks like data entry, printing, filing, and managing office supplies. - Assist the company accountant with simple daily accounting tasks - Communicate with internal and external contacts as needed - Organize and manage documents and files - Handle basic daily office errands and miscellaneous tasks Key Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, internet). - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Friendly, professional, and pleasant personality. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Real Estate experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented demeanor. - Fluent in English
