We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Female Office Administrator who is ready to contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and support our project teams. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage general office operations and administrative tasks. • Support procurement activities as a junior buyer, including sourcing and negotiation. • Maintain clear communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments. • Prepare reports and presentations for management as required. • Ensure all administrative processes align with project schedules and timelines. • Monitor office inventory and manage supply orders. • Follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely deliverables. • Act as a strong point of coordination and maintain professional discipline within the office.
