Job Title: Procurement Officer Industry: Construction Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Al Garhoud Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in procurement (construction industry preferred) Job Summary: We are looking to hire a india, filipino,srilanka, male Procurement Officer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement, preferably within the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials and services, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries to support ongoing construction projects. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate closely with site engineers, project managers, and warehouse teams. • Prepare and issue purchase orders; monitor delivery schedules. • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases. • Ensure timely procurement aligned with project timelines and budgets. • Track inventory and forecast procurement needs. • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Prepare reports on procurement performance and cost savings. Qualifications & Skills: • Male • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. • At least 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction or steel or engineering sectors. • Strong knowledge of construction materials, supplier negotiation, and procurement systems. • Proficient in MS Office, EXCEL and familiar with procurement software. • Highly organized with excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
