Requirements & Qualifications: • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front office support role. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage. • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Professional appearance and conduct, with a customer-focused and service-oriented attitude. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and work efficiently under minimal supervision. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
