Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven professional to manage our business administration and set up/optimize our online CRM and digital workflows. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Airtable and other digital productivity tools, with a strong background in business administration and technology-driven process management. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in administration and digital system management. • Proven expertise in Airtable and hands-on experience with CRM/ERP setups. • Strong knowledge of business tools: QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and workflow automation platforms (Zapier/Make, etc.). • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and implement best practices with minimal supervision.
