Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases. Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in food labelling for both local and international/ export markets, with proven experience in bakery, chocolate, and snack product categories. This role requires in-depth knowledge of regional and global food labelling laws to ensure our products remain compliant across all markets. Key Responsibilities: -Develop product labels in line with international and local regulatory requirements. -Ensure accurate ingredient listings, allergen declarations, nutritional information, and claims. -Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to align labelling with product formulations and market requirements. -Keep up-to-date with changes in food labelling legislation across different countries/regions and proactively implement updates. -Provide guidance and training to cross-functional teams on food labelling compliance. -Support audits, inspections, and certification processes related to labelling compliance. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs, or related field. -Minimum 5 years of experience in food labelling, preferably in bakery, chocolate, and snack products. -In-depth knowledge of GCC, EU, US, and other international food labelling regulations. -Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and documentation skills. -Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
