Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CRM System Administrator with extensive Zoho experience to manage, optimize, and maintain our customer relationship management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CRM administration, data management, and process optimization to support our sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration & Management
Administer and maintain Zoho CRM platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
Configure and customize Zoho modules, fields, workflows, and automation rules
Manage user permissions, roles, and security settings across the CRM system
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Data Management & Integration
Oversee data quality, integrity, and standardization across all CRM records
Design and implement data import/export processes and migration strategies
Integrate Zoho CRM with other business applications and third-party tools
Create and maintain data validation rules and duplicate management protocols
Generate and distribute regular data reports and analytics
- Process Optimization & Automation
Analyze business processes and recommend CRM improvements
Design and implement automated workflows to streamline sales and marketing processes
Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and analytics for various stakeholders
Develop and document standard operating procedures for CRM usage
Train end users on CRM best practices and new features
- User Support & Training
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to CRM users
Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing education for existing users
Create and maintain user documentation, guides, and training materials
Collaborate with department heads to understand and address specific CRM needs
*** Required Qualifications
- Technical Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM administration
Proficiency in Zoho suite applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics)
Experience with CRM data migration, API integrations, and third-party connectors
Knowledge of database management and SQL queries
Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for customization
Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms
- Professional Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of experience in CRM administration or similar technical role
Previous experience in data management and business process optimization
Proven track record of successful CRM implementations or major system upgrades

Daily interaction: Sales team, Marketing team, Customer Service representatives, and end users requiring CRM support
