Position Overview:
 We are seeking an experienced Food Labelling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in food labelling for both local and international/ export markets, with proven experience in bakery, chocolate, and snack product categories. This role requires in-depth knowledge of regional and global food labelling laws to ensure our products remain compliant across all markets. Key Responsibilities: -Develop product labels in line with international and local regulatory requirements. -Ensure accurate ingredient listings, allergen declarations, nutritional information, and claims. -Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to align labelling with product formulations and market requirements. -Keep up-to-date with changes in food labelling legislation across different countries/regions and proactively implement updates. -Provide guidance and training to cross-functional teams on food labelling compliance. -Support audits, inspections, and certification processes related to labelling compliance. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs, or related field. -Minimum 5 years of experience in food labelling, preferably in bakery, chocolate, and snack products. -In-depth knowledge of GCC, EU, US, and other international food labelling regulations. -Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and documentation skills. -Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
