**✨ House Manager / Nanny – Dubai Marina ✨** We are looking for a **smart, proactive female** to act as the “mom of the house” and manage daily family life. This role is both **house manager and nanny**, with focus on organization, staff oversight, and childcare. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise home staff (cleaner & chef). * Support and guide our 5-year-old twins with **homework and educational activities**. * Engage in **active physical play** – you must be fit, energetic, and enjoy spending time with children. * Ensure children are cared for, safe, and engaged throughout the day. * Act as a planner and organizer for the household, being proactive and responsible like a second mom. **Requirements:** * Female candidate, smart and highly organized. * Strong childcare experience with young children. * Must be proactive, caring, and able to manage a household smoothly. * Physically fit, active, and ready for hands-on play with kids. * Speaking **Chinese or Spanish** is a plus. * Holding a **UAE driving license** is a plus. **Position Details:** * **Location:** Dubai Marina * **Schedule:** * During school term: 12 PM – 8 PM * During holidays/summer: Full-day shifts (longer hours, flexible as per family schedule) * **Live-out position** * **Salary:** Attractive package for the right candidate (based on experience, organization, and proactive attitude).
