In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to our patients while promoting overall wellness and preventive health strategies. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized wellness plans that address their health needs Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring accurate documentation of patient progress Provide patient education on health management, nutrition, wellness practices, and lifestyle modifications Administer medications, treatments, and wellness therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer integrated care that meets the diverse needs of patients Encourage and support patients in making healthy lifestyle choices to enhance their overall well-being Maintain a safe and welcoming environment in the Wellness Center, adhering to infection control and safety protocols Requirements Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent Experience in holistic care, wellness, or preventive healthcare is preferred Strong assessment and clinical skills to effectively evaluate patient needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient education Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care Commitment to continuous professional development in wellness and healthcare Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Benefits Salary + Benefits
