Sales Executive - Car Export Company: Nubia Cars FZCO, Dubai, UAE About the role Convert inquiries into orders by sourcing vehicles on demand from trusted Dubai exporters. You’ll match buyers to the right car, coordinate accessories/modifications and shipping, maintain supplier relations, and hit monthly targets. Key Responsibilities • Qualify leads, understand needs, and match customers to ideal vehicles • Source cars at the best price; maintain polite, professional relations with suppliers • Explain vehicle features and Nubia services; prepare quotes and proformas • Coordinate accessories/vehicle conversions and arrange logistics & export docs as requested • Record/update CRM and submit daily sales/activity reports • Maintain follow-ups that drive repeat business and referrals • Act as point of contact for accounts; resolve issues quickly and meet deadlines • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets; report progress to the top management Requirements & Skills • 2+ years in automotive/B2B trading or export sales (UAE market preferred) • Strong knowledge of cars; ability to compare trims and competitive models • Proven sourcing/negotiation skills and supplier relationship management • Clear communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills • CRM & MS Office/Google Workspace proficiency; disciplined with daily reporting • Fluent English; Arabic/Russian/African languages are a plus • Valid UAE driving license preferred What we offer Competitive package with performance-based incentives, fast-moving deal flow, and growth in a global export environment.
