We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting sales, increasing the customer base, and supporting the sales team with effective coordination and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Manager – Fashion & Uniform Manufacturing (Dubai) We are a leading fashion and uniform manufacturing company based in Dubai, specializing in high-end fashion wear, hotel uniforms, and school uniforms. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and grow business opportunities in fashion, hotel uniforms, and school uniforms. • Identify new clients (retail brands, hotels, schools, institutions) and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. • Achieve sales targets by managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met. • Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and business networking events. • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts. - Develop growth strategies focused on both financial and customer gain and satisfaction. - Conduct frequent market research to identify new opportunities and Customer expectations. - Arrange business meetings with prospective or existing Clients and Partners. - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and partners. - Liaise with the General Manager on a weekly basis discussing strategies, Client feedback and opportunities. - Organize and maintain CRM and customer data files. - Maintain Minutes of Meetings with each customer or prospective customer meeting. - Identify and attend relevant business events and promote the Company’s products and services during such meetings and events. - Prepare sales contracts and/or quotations according to aviation rules and guidelines. - Keep track and record of sales. - Provide after-sales support. - Coordinate with the General Manager on the Customer relations ensuring the optimization of the service level. - Create and provide Management with Future growth strategies and updates monthly. Track and report progress to General Manager. - Ensure adequate knowledge of each service provided to be obtained and understood. - Meet and greet all customer personal ensuring professionalism and customer satisfaction. - Ensuring all customer requests are submitted to operations and followed as per company’s procedures. - Salary is AED10,000 plus commission

Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • Proven experience in sales within logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industry. • Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain solutions, and international trade terms (Incoterms). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Driving license.
