We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to identify, contact, and secure new clients using a variety of methods. Customer Acquisition:Proactively develop new clients using various methods, including online platforms, social media, email outreach, and phone calls. Effectively utilize provided client information to establish initial contact and build strong relationships. Present products and services to prospective clients professionally and address their needs and concerns. Client Onboarding:Successfully convert prospective leads into active customers through effective communication and negotiation. Meet or exceed customer acquisition targets within the assigned timeline. Skills & Qualifications: Customer Development Expertise:Demonstrated ability to identify and engage potential clients through multiple channels (online research, social media, email, etc.). Skilled in managing customer information, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Communication & Negotiation:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Market Insight:Capability to understand and adapt to different market dynamics, including customer needs and cultural considerations in the assigned region.
