About Us Omnitek is a fast-growing company specializing in cutting-edge warehouse automation and robotics solutions. We work with global technology partners to bring advanced fulfillment, material handling, and robotics systems to warehouses across the Middle East. We’re looking for a driven and organized B2B Sales Officer to support our outreach and sales pipeline. Role Overview As a B2B Sales Officer, you’ll be responsible for generating new leads, identifying key decision-makers, and initiating contact with potential clients in the warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. Your goal is to open doors, schedule qualified meetings, and support our sales team in building a strong pipeline. Key Responsibilities - Identify and research potential client companies in the UAE and wider GCC region - Cold call, email, and reach out via LinkedIn to generate qualified sales leads - Navigate gatekeepers and get in touch with key decision-makers (Operations, GM, CEO, etc.) - Set up introductory meetings and calls for senior sales managers - Maintain and update CRM system with all prospect interactions and lead status - Support in preparing outreach materials (emails, brochures, proposal templates) - Track performance metrics and report weekly lead generation activity - Stay informed about Omnitek’s solutions and industry trends to confidently introduce offerings Requirements - 1–3 years experience in a B2B sales, telesales, or lead generation role (logistics/industrial/tech sectors preferred) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume calling/emailing - Fluent in English - Highly organized and self-motivated - Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office What We Offer - Be part of a growing and innovative tech company - Full training on our automation solutions - Friendly team and startup culture - Career growth opportunities as the business expands To Apply: Please submit your CV with a short note about why you’re a fit for this role.
