Join LEAD as a Commission-Based Business Development Agent LEAD (edu-lead.com) delivers high-quality professional development and consultancy services for educational institutions and corporates organizations across the GULF & MENA regions. Based in the UAE, we are expanding our partner network and seeking freelance Business Development Agents to open doors and close training contracts. We are expanding and looking for motivated BD Agents to help us grow our client base. Role • Prospect and build relationships with educational institutions and corporate organisations and decision-makers. • Pitch LEAD’s courses (e.g., leadership, instructional design, customer service, soft skills). • Manage the sales cycle: discovery → proposal → negotiation → close. • Maintain activity in our CRM and coordinate with our training team. Flexible • Work from anywhere, set your own schedule. • Ideal for freelancers or professionals with existing networks in education or corporate sectors. We Provide • Full training on our courses and services. • Ongoing support to help you close deals. • A commission-only structure with competitive earnings on every contract you secure (commissions are paid within 30 days of client payment). • Sales assets: pitch deck, rate cards, proposals, case studies, and product training to support your work. Requirements • Proven experience in sales/business development (education or corporate training is a plus). • Existing network with schools, universities, ministries, or HR/L&D is highly valued. • Strong communication, persistence, and deal-closing skills.
