We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive with experience in Microsoft Dynamics or ERP solutions to join our growing team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online networking. Engage with prospects to understand business requirements and position Microsoft Dynamics / ERP solutions. Create, format, and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and presentations. Follow up on leads, proposals, and opportunities to drive sales closures. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM. Coordinate with functional and technical teams to align customer needs with solution capabilities. Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive pre-sales experience. Requirements: Proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, or enterprise software solutions. Strong proficiency in proposal creation, documentation, and sales follow-up. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
