Position Overview: Lead IT infrastructure management for large organization in UAE, ensuring system reliability and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage IT infrastructure serving 1000-5000 users Implement cloud migration strategies compliant with UAE data laws Oversee cybersecurity measures meeting UAE regulations Manage IT budget of AED 5-15M annually Coordinate with UAE telecommunications providers (Etisalat, du) Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans Lead IT team and vendor management Qualifications Required: 10-15 years IT infrastructure experience with 6+ years in UAE Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field Professional certifications (CISSP, CCNA, Azure/AWS) Understanding of UAE cybersecurity regulations Experience with UAE data localization requirements Network with UAE IT service providers Project management experience
