This role is ideal for a skilled surgeon looking to balance their professional and personal commitments while still delivering high-quality cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. You will work within a collaborative team, ensuring that patients receive outstanding care and surgical expertise. Responsibilities: Conduct patient consultations to assess surgical needs and determine appropriate procedures Perform plastic and reconstructive surgery on designated days of the week Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient Manage pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up visits Maintain thorough and accurate medical records Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Stay updated on the latest developments in plastic surgery techniques and technologies Requirements Medical degree with a specialization in Plastic Surgery Current DHA eligibility to practice as a Plastic Surgeon in Dubai Experience in performing a variety of plastic surgery procedures Flexible availability to work 1-2 days per week Strong commitment to patient safety and care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Benefits Salary + Benefits tax free
