Responsibilities: Conduct detailed consultations with patients to evaluate their aesthetic and reconstructive goals Perform various plastic surgical procedures, demonstrating precision and care Create tailored treatment plans to meet individual patient needs Provide thorough pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure patient safety and satisfaction Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes Stay updated with the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques Advocate for patient-centric approaches in all aspects of care Requirements Medical degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery Current DHA license to practice in Dubai At least 3 years of relevant experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery Expertise in a range of surgical procedures related to cosmetic and reconstructive surgery Exceptional communication skills and a patient-first mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced medical setting Commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in patient care Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous Benefits Salary + Benefits tax free
