Description

Executer HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation) for residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. Perform load calculations (heating/cooling loads) to determine equipment capacities. Select appropriate HVAC equipment and materials based on project requirements. Supervise the installation of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with design and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and other engineers on site. Must Have UAE Driving License. Preparing Material submittals and MIR's. Control menpower and subcontractors. Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and timelines. Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations. Optimize HVAC designs for energy efficiency and environmental impact. Recommend sustainable materials and practices (e.g., green HVAC systems). Create detailed drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. Prepare reports, manuals, and documentation for clients and maintenance teams. Ensure HVAC systems comply with local codes, industry standards, and regulations. Stay up-to-date with changes in codes and technologies. Communicate with clients to understand project requirements. Provide technical support and guidance during all project phases. Evaluate new HVAC technologies and innovations. Participate in the testing and development of new HVAC components or systems.
