Evaluate variations or change orders and assess their cost and schedule impact. 16. Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies. 17. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulatory requirements. 18. Participate in safety audits and toolbox meetings. 19. Prepare regular project status reports, progress updates, and meeting minutes. 20. Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence. 21. Ensure proper handover documentation upon project completion. 22. Serve as a point of contact for client communications and coordination. 23. Provide updates and respond to technical queries or concerns. 24. Support client meetings and presentations as required. 25. Oversee system commissioning and testing. 26. Ensure that punch lists are completed and deficiencies rectified. 27. Participate in project handover to clients or operations teams.
