We are seeking an individual who is passionate about enhancing the efficiency and quality of our healthcare services through effective operations management. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the DOCTOR ON TIME service, ensuring optimal service delivery Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and caregivers to enhance patient care Develop and implement operational guidelines to improve service efficiency Monitor service performance and client feedback to ensure satisfaction Conduct regular training for staff on operational standards and procedures Manage scheduling and logistics for patient appointments and healthcare delivery Analyze operational processes and suggest improvements as necessary Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve overall company objectives Requirements Proven experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role in the healthcare industry Deep understanding of healthcare operations, particularly in home healthcare services Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse tasks Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire a team Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to use data analysis for process improvements Proficient in MS Office and relevant healthcare software applications Must be proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Benefits Salary Plus Benefits
