Management in Dubai

More than 2 years of e-commerce experience in the UAE fashion or footwear industry; familiar with operating on Noon or Amazon platforms; understanding of P&L management, pricing, traffic acquisition, and conversion optimization; proficient in using tools such as Excel, BI, and Google Analytics; English is used as a working language; Arabic proficiency is preferred.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher; over 5 years of business development or regional management experience in the real estate/recruitment industry, including at least 2 years of team management experience. Candidates with localized business operations experience in the Middle East (UAE/Saudi Arabia) or regional management experience in multinational corporations are preferred. Familiarity with the local real estate market (leasing/agency) or recruitment services (enterprise client acquisition) is a plus. 2. Core Competencies: Ability to plan regional business operations and break down targets; capable of independently formulating regional business strategies covering both real estate and recruitment sectors; skilled in channel resource integration (real estate agents/property owners, enterprise recruitment clients/talent suppliers).
