Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in apartments and villas (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, basic AC troubleshooting, furniture fixing, etc.). Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure all properties remain in excellent condition. Handle urgent repair requests quickly and efficiently.
