Senior Product Designer - Property Monitor

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, modern, and user-centred experiences across all platforms. Owning the end-to-end design process, you’ll focus on research, navigation design, and the crafting of high-quality interfaces, partnering closely with the Principal Product Manager to deliver exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will: Research: Conduct thorough research, including competitor analysis, user research, and market trends, to inform design decisions. UX Design: Develop intuitive and user-centric navigation structures for desktop and mobile web/app, ensuring seamless user journeys. UI Design: Create visually appealing and modern design solutions that align with our brand and user needs. Design Execution: Take full ownership of the design process, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Collaboration: Work closely with the Principal Product Manager and cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals. Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and enhance designs. Prototyping: Develop and iterate on prototypes to validate design concepts and ensure usability. Requirements A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a similar field. 5+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI design, including designing and launching consumer-facing digital products. Strong grasp of user-centred design principles and modern design trends. Extensive knowledge of user, market, and competitor research methods and their application in the design process. Knowledge of design systems and how to evolve them to cater to diverse use cases. Understanding of UX/UI design for both desktop and mobile environments. Familiarity with real estate, analytical or CRM platforms is a plus. Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools. Competence in interpreting user and product analytics to inform and validate design decisions. Aptitude for balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Active exploration and use of AI tools and emerging design tech to improve efficiency and elevate design quality. Ability to deliver measurable design outcomes. Results-driven mindset with a focus on impact and continuous improvement. Detail-oriented with a high standard for visual and interaction design quality.
