Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred for enhanced operational knowledge. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position. Certification in housekeeping management or related field is a strong plus, showcasing commitment to professional growth. Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels or resorts, demonstrating understanding of guest service standards.
