Salon Manager (With Service Skills) Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salon Manager who can manage day-to-day salon operations while also performing beauty/hair services as needed. This dual role requires both leadership ability and hands-on technical skills to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service. Perform salon services such as hair styling, treatments, coloring, or beauty services, depending on expertise. Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high service standards. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. Manage product ordering and stock control. Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain clients. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Salon Manager or Senior Stylist/Technician. Strong leadership and people management skills. Skilled in delivering beauty or hair services. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
