Job Title: Massage Therapist to the Chairman on company visa, payroll and benefits Location: UAE (Business Bay) Reports To: Office of the Chairman Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Massage Therapist to provide therapeutic treatments to the Chairman of a prominent business group in the UAE. This role demands the highest standards of professionalism and service, supporting the Chairman’s physical well-being and performance through expertly delivered massage therapy. Key Responsibilities: Provide customized massage treatments based on the Chairman’s specific physical needs, stress levels, and preferences. Conduct wellness assessments and track any chronic tension, muscular issues, or stress-related concerns. Work in coordination with the Chairman’s personal physician, physiotherapist, or trainer if needed, to maintain a holistic wellness routine. Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment, whether at the residence, office, or while traveling. Adapt to irregular schedules and travel, offering flexibility for sessions as needed, including evenings or weekends. Maintain high standards of hygiene, professional conduct, and cultural sensitivity. Requirements: Certified Massage Therapist (Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution). Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally including work with high-net-worth individuals or senior executives. Proficient in multiple massage techniques, including therapeutic, sports, deep tissue, and stress-relief modalities. Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of client privacy. Physically fit and capable of delivering high-quality treatments consistently. Excellent communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor. Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in luxury hospitality, private wellness, or VIP environments.
