Operations Point of Contact (PoC) – Last Mile Delivery Location: Dubai, UAE About Us: We are a German-owned delivery company based in Dubai, providing reliable and tech-driven last mile logistics across the UAE. Our goal is to deliver efficiency, precision, and customer satisfaction every day. The Role: As our Operations PoC, you’ll be the main contact for drivers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll coordinate routes, solve delivery issues in real time, and support process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily delivery schedules and driver communication Resolve operational issues (delays, complaints, failed deliveries) Support new driver onboarding and system training Monitor performance and report key metrics Liaise with logistics, tech, and support teams Requirements: Experience in logistics or delivery operations Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus) Tech-savvy and organized Flexible for shifts and fast-paced environments What We Offer: Role in a German-led, fast-growing company International team and modern work culture Growth opportunities & competitive salary
