Abaya Embroidery Supervisor

Job Title: Abaya Embroidery Supervisor (Shift) Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-Time – Shift-Based (Day/Night Rotations or Fixed Shift) Industry : Garment Manufacturing – Premium Abaya Production Experience Required: Minimum 4–6 years in garment embroidery, with 5+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in abaya or high-end ethnic wear production. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Embroidery Supervisor to oversee and manage the embroidery department during assigned shifts. The role requires hands-on expertise in Tajima embroidery machines, thread and fabric coordination, and supervision of operators and helpers to meet production deadlines with flawless finishing, specifically for luxury abaya garments. Key Responsibilities: ●Supervise day-to-day embroidery operations for abayas during the assigned shift. ●Plan and allocate embroidery jobs based on priority and delivery deadlines. ●Coordinate with the design and sampling team for approved designs and DST file readiness. ●Ensure correct thread, needle, and fabric settings on Tajima, uobari embroidery machines. ●Monitor operator performance, machine efficiency, and quality standards. ●Troubleshoot thread breakage, misalignment, and design errors. ●Conduct in-process quality checks and final inspections of embroidered pieces. ●Maintain embroidery job logs, production output records, and downtime reports. ●Train new operators or helpers on embroidery standards and machine safety. ●Collaborate with stitching, handwork, and QC departments to maintain smooth flow. ●Ensure embroidery matches the required finishing level expected in high-end abaya production.
