Responsibilities: Ensure the safety of children on the playground by monitoring their activities and intervening when necessary Organize and lead games and activities for children on the playground Keep the playground clean and free of debris, litter and hazardous items Interact with parents and caregivers to ensure they are informed of playground rules and regulations Perform basic maintenance tasks such as sweeping, raking, and picking up trash Report any damages or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
